This bend is very tight with a short and therefore
difficult approach. Move well over to the left to turn in late onto the apex. Power the
kart through the bend, but despite the ample run-off area you should work hard to
control the power within the normal circuit confines. Too much power and too wide an
exit may cause you to become involved in one of those messy overtaking situations
mentioned earlier for turn 1.
